Use The Mind And Contract The PC
While you are masturbating it is important to use slow strokes so that you can better determine where you are at with the stages of arousal. Once you become better, then increase the speed. But until then, go slow and focus. Once you get to the time just before the point of no return, stop and use your mind to prevent you from ejaculating. At the same time contract the PC muscle (the same muscle you use to stop your pee) and hold it until the urge to ejaculate leaves. Do this 3-4 times per masturbation session. You may not be able to control the ejaculation the first couple times. Don’t panic. I didn’t either. It took me a few times to master this.
Use The Squeeze Technique
Again, while masturbating and just before the point of no return, stop and this time squeeze the rim of the head of the penis with your thumb on top and the first two fingers on the bottom. Squeeze very hard. If you feel you still might ejaculate, pull your testicles away from your body with the other hand. This will help prevent ejaculation as well. The squeezing will close the ejaculation track and help lower your arousal level rather quickly. Do this 3-4 times per masturbation session.
