Here’s How to Increase Male Sexual Stamina and Last Longer in Bed

Just about every guy has had a sexual experience that didn’t last very long. In fact, not lasting long in bed can be extremely embarrassing and for many men it ruins their sex life. Thankfully, premature ejaculation is something that can be treated.

There are varying definitions of premature ejaculation. Some doctors have tried to define it based on how long sex lasts, for example saying that a man that can’t last longer than three minutes suffers from it.

I don’t like placing a label on it based on time, but rather consider premature ejaculation to be an issue if the man does not have control over when he ejaculates. If his lack of control impacts his sex life in a negative way then it’s obviously an issue.

If you want to last longer in bed, the good news is that you’re definitely not alone. Many men fall into the above category and want to increase their sexual stamina.

Let’s be honest about it – not lasting long in bed can leave your partner unsatisfied and leave you feeling embarrassed. I’ve never met a man who didn’t feel self-conscious about their stamina. So what can you do about it?

With the right action plan, you can gain complete control over when you ejaculate. You don’t have to constantly worry about whether your partner is left unsatisfied and can gain a whole new level of pleasure from sex.

There a few different strategies that you can use. With the right amount of work you will be able to see results within a short amount of time.

First, you can work towards strengthening a set of muscles that are used during the ejaculation process. These muscles are referred to as the “PC muscles”. There are a few different exercises that you can use to strengthen these muscles which can lead to more satisfying orgasms and a greater control over when you climax.

Another approach that I strongly recommend is to go through “self-awareness” exercises where you learn to better recognize the various stages of sexual arousal. This process involves developing a stronger sense of your level of arousal and being able to control exactly when you orgasm.

It’s completely possible to increase your sexual stamina if you take the right steps. It takes a little work, but the results are well worth it. You and your partner will be much more satisfied and your confidence in the bedroom will skyrocket.
